It is a part of my daily routine. I am welcome any feedback because it is crucial for improvements. It provides new perspectives that help me refine and improve my work. When I receive feedback, I carefully evaluate it to understand the underlying goals and align my revisions with the project objectives. For example, while working on a CRM design for Maxitech, I incorporated client feedback to ensure the interface met both functional requirements and user expectations, which contributed to the app earning six global awards.

It is very big amount of processes but in 2 words - every project is divided on milestones. Typically, design takes 5 milestones.
1. Alignment - communication with client to define main direction of the project;
2. Discovery - exploring business requirements and market;
3. UX - ideation and building a solutions (testing the low fidelity prototypes);
4. UI - when logic is ready, it is time for making product pretty and prepare design system;
5. Responsive - adapt designs to different screen sizes

There was a startup project where we had a tight deadline due to wrong management expectations and processes. Despite the pressure, I remained calm and focused, collaborating closely with the team to streamline the design process. By reprioritizing tasks and making quick decisions, we were able to deliver the project on time without strong compromising of the quality.

Collaboration is essential to successful design projects. I have a business degree, so I have a strong understanding that business is a like a huge organism where you are an important part of it. It is like, impossible for human to live without a lunges. Only when all organs are functioning as clock, then it is possible to take business to new level

One challenging project involved redesigning a complex ship tracking application with conflicting stakeholder priorities, young market and lack of knowledge about shipment business model. To overcome this, I explored internet to understand the logic behind ship tracking processes, facilitated workshops to align stakeholder on project goals and design patterns, conducted research to identify pain points, and iteratively tested prototypes to validate design decisions. By open communication and collaboration, we were able to successfully deliver a solution that met both user needs and business objectives.

Strengths
My greatest strength is my ability to merge creativity with analytical thinking. Thanks to my background in International Business, I approach design not just as an art form but as a tool to solve real-world problems and deliver measurable business results. Whether it’s through conducting UX research, optimizing workflows, or crafting intuitive interfaces, I focus on creating designs that are not only visually appealing but also drive engagement and revenue growth.

Weaknesses
Earlier in my career, I had a tendency to focus too much on perfecting the smallest design details, which sometimes slowed my workflow. However, over time, I’ve learned to balance attention to detail with meeting deadlines by prioritizing tasks and collaborating closely with my team. This has allowed me to maintain high-quality designs while staying efficient and meeting project goals.

In my experience, open communication and empathy are key to resolving conflicts. Most conflicts arise from fear of discussing a problem or different points of view. As a designer, I can take someone else's side and understand the other side's point of view, which allows me to see multiple ways to resolve any conflict.

I stay motivated by seeing how my work help to increase the life level of my family. I also find inspiration in exploring design communities and seeing the impact of my work on users' lives.
